Warranty Period
Please rest assure that all products that I sell have been carefully selected so as not to compromise quality standards.
FiiO Amplifiers/DACs and Brainwavz products come with 1 year warranty. All warranty are personally offered and start from the day I post the item out.
All products under warranty, should any defect be found will either be replaced or repaired. I am an official authorised reseller of FiiO and will be in charge of facilitating the exchange in Singapore for products sold under BiteMyEars.com. For all other products, warranty is local and through me.
Please note that warranty does not cover wear & tear. Self-inflicted damages due to improper handling, or due to water/moisture-related damages will not be covered. All cable or jack-related damages will be assumed to be self-inflicted one week after purchase. Only soldering and driver issues are covered. In the event of any dispute, I make the final decision and by purchasing from BiteMyEars.com, you agree to my terms and conditions.
